It still only 2yrs NOT 3yrs but they did increase the mileage limit from 20k to I cant remember what to (40k seems to ring a bell) about 6mths or so ago.

Cant recall when the 2yr warranty was introduced, but any car less than 2yrs old will have the 2yr warranty in force

What's a Porsche warranty?

I know someone who's just bought an Iveco van - 3 years or 300,000 miles!! Good for peace of mind

Porsche are 2 year. Imagine buying a £100k+ turbo and Porsche can only gaurantee it will work for 2 years. Confidence in the product eh.

When I lived in Canada Hyundai were offering 10 year warranties on some cars!!!!

I bought my S2 111S in Oct 2002 and it came with a 2 year, 20K warranty. I think it went to 2 years and unlimited miles at some point in 2003. A winner for Lotus really, how many Elises do 20K per year?

I've been quoted £350 for a third year warranty extension, however I'm not sure it's needed on the Toyota engine car. Apparently the warranty claims have plummeted on the Toyota engine car, something to do with US expectations and the Japaneese build quality.

Note Noble only offer 1 year warranty - 18 months into ownership and heading over £2500 in repairs fast in last 6 months - hence looking at Lotus again....
