Perhaps less coverage for Charles, I forget where he lives but feel certain that Croft will remind us from time to time, during the race.

This is interesting as after watching a program about monaco you see they have certain privilages for any jobs.
I would guess this means they have the monoco guys onboard f1tv for the weekend instead of leaving it to them. Maybe someone retired.

There's been some questionable TV direction from FOM over the years but should definitely be an improvement with them finally taking over Monaco.

He's from Morocco isn't he? Or is it mongolia? It's a shame the commentators don't tell us where he's from every time they mention his name. rofl

Finally. The Monaco TV direction and camera positioning has been awful in recent years, not having changed in decades as the sport has moved on. F1 themselves are not perfect, but Monaco was a standout poor broadcast last year.

"I wonder if Croft will mention where Charles is from" is now more hackneyed than Croft's constant mentioning of where Charles is from.

I didn’t realise Monaco TV outputted the world feed for this race. FOM TV were there 20 years ago, must have been for the pay per view channel?

Alex Jacques does it as well almost every time the car is on camera, it's so annoying and odd to keep on repeating it lap after lap race after race.
