Credit Checks etc

In the process of sorting out lease, and have had credit check which has went through successfully. Now been sent an email from the finance company to give my electronic signature.

Before they can approve they are asking for me to answer some security questions, but i'm having problems with them. It's asking these questions

When did you last take out a hire purchase agreement?
When did you last take out a personal loan?

These questions and answers are generated by Experian I believe.

Maybe i'm just second guessing myself but does a hire purchase agreement in this context refer to cars only. Do mobile phone contracts come into this category?

What about a personal loan? I had only really considered a bank loan, but are there any other things that come into this category?

why not phone them and ask?

They are asking only about personal loans, furniture loans and large stuff like this. Phone loans are visible to them anyway so sont worry about missing. My car insurance shows on my experian…
