Air Con Pulley

Hi Team,
As you know, I have been trying to remove the A/C from BlackBeauty© and have ended up with the Pulley still on the end of the Crank.
Someone gave me the advice that it was simply retained by the 4 Allen screws on the end but, since their removal, it has not dropped off in my hand.
Is the huge Bolt on the Crank's end also retaining it (with what looks like an end plate) ?
