Tyre knackered and favour to ask

Longshot I know. But I’ve got a Bmw G30 and I was Driving before and got warning tyre pressure low, got off the motorway and checked it because the pressure was dropping quick. I knew my tyre was worn on the outer edge so had ordered tyres and was hoping to get them fitted in Costco Friday. When I stopped I could hear the air escaping and found the inner edge must’ve been really worn as it’s like the tread on that edge has come away causing the tyre to be wrecked. I pumped it up to around 28psi and managed to get it the 10 miles home stopping every time the pressure got down to around 12psi which was prob every 1-2miles. Don’t want to chance driving another 9 miles or so to get the tyres changed.
Trouble now though is I can’t get it to Costco to get the tyres changed.
The favour is if anyone is in Liverpool or near who may happen to have a spare wheel for a 5 series that they wouldn’t mind me using to get the car to get the new tyres fitted.
If not I’ll have to try and get it put on axle stands and take the wheels to get done.

Need to make sure that the wheel is specifically for the G30 FYI

It's that model they went from 5x120 and 72.6 to 5x112 and 56.1 IIRC

Is it fitted with runflats? If so, drive to Costco (carefully, and below 50mph) with it flat, as it's going to be thrown away anyway.
