Motorhome Depot damaged my van

My Hymer starline 690 is being marketed by motorhome Depot. Yesterday a buyer took it for a road test and backed into a wall I have been informed. There agent said its only a rear light damage but on seeing pictures it's body work damage, I am guessing up to 5K what should I do.

What’s the arrangement/contract you have in place with motorhome depot say?
