I am looking for a Chimaera in Ireland to save import taxes, it would be something easier for me.

I am also looking in the UK in case a good opportunity appears, I have already seen one.
Some time ago I wrote because I was looking for a Chimaera, unfortunately, at that time family reasons prevented me.
Time has passed and I have not been able to get the TVR out of my head.
Well, finally I have everything solved to go for my first TVR. I have the desire, the time and most importantly, the money, which I hope will be enough for a good unit.
I have a budget of about 18,000 Euros if you are in Ireland or about 15,000 pounds for the UK. From what I've seen with this amount the best Chimaera 500 and 450 units are far, but I think you could find a good 400 or hopefully a 450.

The damn Spanish bureaucracy makes you have to look for a Chimaera from 1998 onwards, which has the approval password “E11” on the manufacturer's plate.
If there is someone who wants to sell their Chimaera, please contact me.
This month I hope to travel and return to Spain with a new toy.
I hope I posted in the right place.

If you want to run the car in Spain, why not looking on the continent, in particular in Germany or the Netherlands? No custom fees and easy registration (as within the EU).

Because the offer is very limited.
And if it is difficult to find a good unit, it is more difficult to find a car that has been cared for by a mechanic who knows TVR

Hey Roc, I’ve read your post from before and it sounds like you are from Spain looking to import a Chimaera, There’s aren’t many in Ireland atm, but you can get good ones in the Uk. We in Ireland have similar issues to you, but not so much on cars over 30? For your budget you won’t find a chimaera in Ireland. The last one I saw advertised was €26k
