M340d Torque Question

Looking at the BMW used website some adverts for the M340d have torque listed as 516lb/ft and some have 700lb/ft listed as the torque figure?
I thought this may have been post G20 but some pre G20 have 700.
As the 700lb/ft torque seems to be such a big feature of the M340d how can I be sure?
Are there any other clues for this?

It's 700Nm of torque which equals 516 lb/ft.

700 lb/ft is beyond what you get from a twin turbo Bentley W12 6 litre engine.
