Hi
Looking for recommendations for my 2007 2.0 oil for engine, gearbox and diff, I suspect although the car has done over 90k miles the diff and gearbox could be originals, is flushing recommended ??

In my 2010 car I used the following engine oil…
Castrol Edge Titanium 5W-30 Fully Synthetic

And the following gearbox oil…
Motul Motylgear 75w-90 Technosynthese

Both from Opie oils.

The shift quality on the ‘box is much better, although still slightly crunchy when cold.

I did the diff too, but can’t remember what I put in it.

Opie are very good and get back to you almost straight away on the instant messaging service on their site. (When active)

I recently changed all 3 oils on my NC and used:

Engine: Mobil fully synthetic 5w30

Transmission: Redline 75w90 GL4

Diff: Redline 75w90 GL5

All bought from big retailers on eBay with free delivery.
