Fitting cruise control to MX5 NB (2000)

Does anyone have any experience or knowledge of fitting cruise control to an NB ? The car is a 1.8S from 2000.

Fitting the factory set up isn't practical. There is no provision in the loom of a non equipped car for any of it and no parts are redundantly fitted. Collecting the parts would take years and cost a fortune.

An aftermarket kit could be fitted easily enough.

Due to the nature of the car it's fairly unusual, but then again so was the LPG kit and traffic master I removed from one some years ago.

We all see something different in a car.

It can be added to some mk3s relatively easily but as said an aftermarket kit would be the only sensible way to do it on a mk1/2.
