M850i - a V8 with higher mileage?

Hi,
Getting one of these, there are very few for sale circa 45-55k in the UK and the ones that do have some higher mileages. I'm going to own it for a few years and finish with it around 100k miles, what are people's experiences with high power BMW V8s at this sort of mileage, can I expect problems?
