Bugger I was hoping this was going to be a discussion regarding the legal limits of mini skirts.

Waist I would guess over 30 and hips over 40.

I sell Games skirts (amongst other things) from my sports shop on e-bay, and the waist sizes are listed in inches, but someone wants a size 14, and I am not sure what size to send, because everybody tells me a different answer, does anyone know for sure????

I may have to contact the customer........

If you have the option, I would go for a 30" waist as that is at the upper end of a size 14.

A quick bit of research on Google suggests that size 14 has a waist measurement between 28-30". So, do you opt to send her the 28" or 30" size - a tough call?!

I would say a 30 inch waist, though in some, more expensive brands - such as Planet/Prada - with more generous cuts, it is probably nearer 31/32 inches. A 14 in Topshop would probably equate to a very neat 30 inches. Hip size would be 40 inches approximately.

Crikey

I've always thought a 28" was a 10, a 30" was a 12 and a 32" was a 14.

Either I've been conned & I'm not a perfect 10.....

Or someone's gonna seriously up with this gift!
