I have had my 330i 3 weeks now and really struggling to make the drivers seat comfortable despite having infinite options to adjust with electric seats. I have had loads of cars with sports seats and never had an issue.

I have read that some people are having issues with the raised stitching on the seat, so I have tried the lumber on max today, which reduces the ridge created by the stitching but then the seat is rock hard.

Any suggestions? Can’t believe I am having these issues on what is supposed to be an everyday car for the masses. I love every other aspect of the car but this is taking the edge of my enjoyment.

The car has 12000 miles on so should be worn in by now.

Anyone else had similar problems and if so how did you deal with it?

What's not comfortable, the seat itself, or the driving position? I'm still trying to find the right spot in my G20 but it's definitely position for me, the seats themselves are fine. If you've managed to get a good position and that side of things is good, the only thing I can think of is a cover of some sort.

Position is fine. Its the seat back and a raised area of stitching that runs from the top to the bottom of the seat. See pic.

Can’t be of much help; I had some decent time in a G20; the seats are definitely firm but I found them pretty comfortable. It was a pretty nice place to sit for the 400 mile round trip or Holyhead.
