For some unknown reason I had "I'm only a poor little sparrow" pop into my head tonight. Can't even remember if it was a proper song or not!.I'm pretty sure that The "Barron Knights" done a crapper version of this aswell.Just made me wonder what everyone else thought was the worst song ever. There's plenty to choose from......

"I Wish I Could Fly" by Orville
"We Are The Cheeky Girls" Cheeky Girls
"Hey Baby" don'y know who it was by but its the one that went "heyyyyyy heyyy baby (ooh ahh) I wanna kno-ow-ow" etc. to a terrible disco beat

All of those make me want to chew through my own wrists.

My life seems to have been persistantly blighted by an inability to get "Mouldy Old Dough" out of my head.

That bloody tune has driven me completely insane for the last thirty years.

I hereby nominate Lieutenant bleedin Pigeon and his piss poor, bottle of toss traversty of a tune for the award.

It is plainly the Worst Song Ever.

Cheers

Pat

Kenny Everett did a "worlds worst songs" tape. I've got a copy locked away (for safety reasons).

'Seven Tears' by The Goombay Dance Band. Maybe not the worst song ever, but possibly the worst band name!

I can feeeeel it cooooooooming in the air toniiiiight!

I really like that song. But it is the only song of his that I like. And I think I only like it for that big off drum fill! Another Day in Paradise was especially bad.
