Buying a Cat B

I've got a project idea but the cheapest way to get enough of the donor parts required is to buy a Cat B. Unfortunately you need a licence and whilst there are the likes of BreakerBid4U (Copart), they only give you some time with the car to strip what you want and I'd rather have much more time. Are there any other options or do I need to adjust my expectations (maybe buy Cat S instead)?
