Android App that warns ahead.

Is there an App that gives you a warning about a speed limit change before you get there rather than when you hit it?
Checked out a few apps but couldn't find this functionality.

Waze does not do this, other than to warn of upcoming speed cameras (which is as good as pre warning of a speed limit change).

waze beeps if you go over the speed limit, which it would do if the limit dropped and you carried on at the old speed

if your ragging it, it wont beep at the change but your ragging it anyway so what would be the point
