Assuming she allowed it (I'm not going to say consent), what I really struggle with is what's in it for a woman to allow herself to be filmed? Maybe i've got no imagination. Surely the suggestion is a massive red flag. I don't see it as a sex thing. I see it on a spectrum of coercive control. AIUI, she didn't allow herself to be filmed.

IINM they had sex, then he 'discovered' it had been caught on his CCTV. He then told her about it and she asked him to delete it. He didn't.
