I see that Eddie’s request to visit Michael Schumacher last year was refused by Corinne Schumacher but Mick “reached” out to Eddie and now Eddie is saying that Michael is “there but he’s not there.” Good decision by Corinne.
I had dealings with Eddie in his days as a F3 driver and he was not a man who kept secrets then. Gossip has always been his sideline.

I liked it when Massa had his prang and EJ claimed his paddock sources had said just a bump on the chin etc, and coulthard just called him out on live TV saying “they must be telepathic, I’ve been stood next to you and you haven’t spoken to anyone this whole time”.

I liked DC more after that, it kind of made up for the fact he was going though a spray on strides / pointy shoe combo period.

Oh, and eddies weave. DC made plenty of mention about the risk of static etc which also cracked me up!

there were alos rumours of him being a bit of an obnoxious cock when closing in on sponsorship deals, whereby he often got blown out of the boardroom by pissed off execs.

It kind of feels like you were defending him for something that he wasn't accused of though. No one said he is a bad manager, couldn't run a team or wasn't successful. Just that he is a blabbermouth.
