Will my F31 335d pass mot with EGR bypass?

I’m now on my 4th EGR valve, the last change was due to the inlet manifold melting, which is a short step from an under bonnet fire, if I remove the valve and have it coded out am I likely to have emissions issues at the mot?

Mine has passed several MOTs with the EGR blanked and coded out. The DPF remains in place and will regen without issue if this is done correctly.
