Mazda 2 Folding Mirrors (motorised)
Discussion
The drivers mirror on my Mazda 2 that I picked up yesterday isn't folding all the way in, as in flat to the window.
It ends up at about 45 degrees whilst the passenger one is at the full 90.
Is this standard for Mazda 2?
If it's playing up, would anyone have any tricks for re-setting it?

Yeah, I googled it and there are loads of videos on Youtube about Mazda mirrors.
I was then brave enough to remove the mirror glass.
Raised the two wiring grommets that go down to the motors and squirted silicone lubricant down the holes.
I then managed to get the glass back on without breaking it...already a success in my experience
Well, believe it or not it actually worked and the drivers mirror now folds in.
There's always a fly in the ountment though...after a couple of tests on the drivers mirror, the previously working passenger mirror is now doing the same
