I have my best mates stag weekend coming up this weekend.

We are going away to a small resort near Weston.

Trying to think, what things could we do to my mate over this weekend?

I can't do anything permanent as his wife to be will inflict great pain on me!

Any Ideas from the PH Collective?

Handcuffed naked to a lamppost?
Blind drunk, without wallet, on a train to Wick?
Compromising position with a seaside donkey?

Make a list of humiliating 'challenges' for the Stag to complete - always a good laugh, and usually results in nothing more serious than a slap/drink in the face.

Just go and have a few pints and a laugh!

I can't understand all the fuss about stag nights/weekends! Recently had mine and a couple of my mates fully intended to " me up" Told them that I wanted to have a good night out with some of my mates preferably without any technicolour yawning.

Had a great time, many pints, several scotches, good curry, good company, and no chundering

Not bad after 2 hours sleep due to the missus getting in from her hen night the previous night and not being able to stand unaided! Much time was spent talking to God on the great white telephone...

Seriously, just have a laugh, avoid all the predictable stripper / lamppost / naked / train somewhere stuff - what sort of a mate does that to a friend?

Yours,
Boring of Tunbridge Wells

Someone that I work with dressed his friend as a smurf for his stag weekend. Only trouble was, they actually covered him with blue dye which didn't wash off and he had to walk down the aisle a week later a very strange colour.

Wife wasn't best pleased but apparantly the photo's are hysterical!

DO NOT DO THIS!

We dressed our mate up as bridesmaid on his Stag do and then went on a daytime bar crawl (on a week day in broad daylight ).

Fairly harmless fun but embarassing for my mate, although we did get a lot of girls coming over

This is how my friends stag do panned out some months ago...

Friday evening we all met up at the Thistle Hotel in Bristol, from there we had a thia curry followed by a ten pin bowling until gone midnight, back to the hotel for a last drink.

Saturday we had a lazy breakfast at a pavement cafe and waited for the rest of the stag group to arrive from around the u.k. A spot of lunch was then found before heading of for the pre arranged go karting.

From here it was back to the hotel for a quick shower and then on to the curry house, from here we were booked into the Central Chambers pole dancing club in St Stephen street (not far from broadmead) in which the stagg had a jolly nice time on stage. Actually we all had a rather agreable time

From here we ambled into a regular club. later all back to the hotel.

On Sunday the stagg and a few others played golf whilst the rest of us made our way home after coffee at another pavement cafe.
Incidentally the stagg was decked out in s saloiurs captain outfit and a mullit wig for the entire evening after we hid his clothes.

In summary he siad the whole weekend was exactly what he had hoped for.

The whole lot had been booked through "chilli sauce" who specialize in organising stag do's parties etc

Thats brilliant!!!

I want to avoid all the usual stuff like handcuffed in the buff to a lampost/stripper/hooker etc.

We are going for the weekend away, a bunch of lads to have a good time away. Don't wnat to completely humiliate him, just want to have some fun.

Just finished doing my best man duties from the weekend (wedding and dreaded speech) and can safely say that the grrom actually enjoyed the stag night out more because of the fact we didn't abuse him, the weekend was as follows.

Friday: everyone travelled up for the weekend so it was a case of a few beers and a curry before a few more beers and retiring for the night at 3am.

Saturday: Breakfast at a cafe, onto go-karting (40 minute iron man event) before hitting the pool hall for lunch, beer and usual Im the best driver rants. from there it was a wander through the streets of leeds stopping off at various bars before hitting the night club, then as a special treat for groom (he doesn't get out much), try out the local lap dancing club.

Sunday: clear head up with coffee, more food and hair of the dog and send everyone off on their merry ways.

Afterwards he told me that he appreciated that much more than the ritual humiliation he thought he was going to get, cause he would rather of met up with a load of people he hadn't seen for ages and had fun, rather than sulk cause hes dressed up in some humiliating outfit and forced to parade through the town.

End of the day I let the stag choose what kind of night it was and filled in the blanks, if he had said anything goes, then that would be a different matter and dressing him as an umpa lumpa would have been on the cards.

Bunch of softies, screw him over, its his day and he knows it is coming, we ( I say we, mainly my idea ) took my bestest mate in the whole world down to Brighton for a boozed up jollie, now the good bit, Got the boy a little tipsy ( he actually went on a bit of a bender unaided by us ), got in a seven seater down to a little fishing harbour, met up with the very local fisherman who I had spoken to in the past couple fo weeks, handed over the £500 and striped our mate starkers. The fisherman then went and did his job.

Mate wakes up in the morning on a beach naked, thinks he is in Brighton, walks up to the nearest person only for them not to understand English, oh how the French are welcoming to a half cut naked Englishman ( like to point out Danny is 18 stone and a Prop forward, and looks like a gaint baby when naked, funny shaped body, like a pear ). He ended up in the British Consolate, and I had to stump up the £1000 ! to bring him back to England two days later. He wasn't happy at the time but now looks back at it as one of the funniest moments in his life and alway has a dinner party story.

Not for everyone but perfect for my Bud Dan, god knows what he is going to do to me. If you dish it you have to take it.
