There a loads of tyre size calculators on line that let you compare the various dimensions of tyres. If you are going for a taller tyre you’ll need to consider the clearances to the bodywork and suspension as well as the effect on gearing. When going taller rubbing on full lock is the most likely issue. It might be possible to get a size recommendation on a marque specific forum that others know will work. Putting bigger tyres on vans pretty popular round here, especially BFGs so someone is bound to know.
The profile that's on it seems to keep the diameter to a very close match to the originals (only 0.3% out)...
If you went to a 225/55-18 it would be slightly larger...
However, unless you reduce the wheel diameter, you're not going to be able to get much more sidewall height.

I would advise caution as the OE tyres 225/70 x 15 will be 6 or 8 ply van tyres with a load rating of 110/112. (1060 to 1120kg)
215/55 x 18 and similar will be almost certainly be standard radial car tyres with a probable load rating of 100 (800kg) which is insufficient if the van is a 3.5 tonner.
It also looks like the van should run pressures of 60/65 psi which is too high for car tyres.
If the rims are car wheels then again they almost certainly won`t be rated high enough for a 3.5 ton van.
In your shoes I`d be consulting my insurance company if my assumptions above are correct.
When I was in the tyre game we wouldn`t fit car tyres to vans that required 6 or 8 ply commercial tyres.
Not trying to piss on your chips or anything as it looks a decent wagon.
