Quick question on German CGT on a property.

What's the % tax rate on property profit owned under 10 years? I think over 10 years is 0% in Germany?

With my limited tax knowledge -
0 over ten years of ownership, 0 over three years of ownership using it yourself, and income tax rate outside of the aforementioned ranges.

Correct 0% after 10 years even if rented out - 0% if you have lived in it for the past two years, not three.

Thanks. I was trying to establish what the CGT liability is under 10 years if you haven't lived in it and just rented it out for the past few years.
