.....it helps. I called my pension company the other month to tell them I had already moved home and to inform them of my new address for all mail. A month after having told them, they send me a letter to my old address ! Not so bad you might think, execet the start of the letter read ..... Thank you for informing us of your new address of 11 C***** W**, Dartford, Kent.

Now how dumb do you have to be to send a letter like ? And these are the people I'm trusting my money with ! Something says I should find a new pension comapany :hehe:

I got a message, via a third party, from my warranty company last week, stating that black is white, the earth is flat and the moon is made of cream cheese.

Or words to that effect...

My financial advisor is pretty switched on.

He was explaining the complexities of a particular financial product and he said to me you're not really taking this in are you, I said no.

He said well it's a bit like this 'Half of something is better than all of fu ckall'

I understood that.

My pension provider takes over 9 months to put a statement from one of the funds in an envelope and send it to me. Half the time they send them to the wrong person. Utterly useless waste of space.
