I would say unbelievable except that it's happened before. There was something like this in Walkden a couple of years back that was some kind of feud which grew arms and legs.

Man charged. Looks to be a neighbour, or at least from same street. Jamie Barrow, his Facebook is quite interesting.
Seems to be on some disability benefits maybe, a Harry Potter fan, into his military stuff, a link to a Tommy Robinson vid, a bit of anti ISIS stuff, and he sees to be a ‘gamer’ too.
Few bits of ‘I’m too a nice guy so I’m single’ sort of bks too. Reckon he is a bit of a Walt.
