More Bike issues

Got another bike which I did a lot of work to but now has new problems and I’m loosing interest with it so any thoughts appreciated .since I took the belt /kickstart cover off to paint it the things been difficult to start and the kickstart spring doesn’t return but it does still start and run ok .it also has 2T oil which seems to be leaking from the centre stand after it has run which it didn’t before ..the battery was also great until it stood for a week in the rain and now after charging it won’t go on electric start...Other than this it seems ok with mot ,it’s just very annoying going round in circles with various issues

Similar ,Vespa 2T .I took the cover off and the starter bendix came off stuck to the belt cover .https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...
Could explain why elec start not working ....everything worked ok before took the cover off
