I did not see this, but think to get to 6th in his first race is pretty damn good. I would love to see CMcR against MS in a twin test, F1 plus WRC, pity MS declined the offer. I wonder why???

I suspect that its because last time McRae drove an F1 car, he would have put it comfortably on the grid (Jordan Car - McRae/Brundle swap), now the Schumeister would have to go some to keep anywhere near the Scotman on a nice slippery Welsh forest stage!!

Or more likely its a lack of shared sponsors (prepared to set it up, the last few have been organised by BAT) or that if this kind of stunt was done MS would have to be driving a motor from the Fiat Group.
