Renault r link Bluetooth not working?

Hiya!

I’ve just recently purchased a Renault Kadjar, but there seems to be an issue playing music from my phone(Spotify) the Bluetooth connects so I can use the phone but when I go to change source for Bluetooth audio it’s greyed out and Spotify just won’t play.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

Did you connect thru usb cable?
Because it wont work wireless.
