Deadwood. More **** than Gordon Ramsay.

Watched about ten minutes of Deadwood recently.

More uses of the word "f**ken" than in Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen Disasters.

I could see past it. Its clearly an entertaining programme. Just not my thing.

But, fuck, there is a lot of swearing in the dialog.

Actually unnecessary I thought. Less is more.

No more than what was arround at the time apparently, Don. According to a documentary I saw on the program (can't remember if it is on the DVD - I have the box-set of the first season) that was the language of the place & time.

Excellent drama again from HBO.

It is an excellant drama series, but I agree with you about the language.

They could have used far less swearing and still seemed 'real', it is a bit distracting.
