Dealer problems. Taking one to court.

Not sure if this is the right sub-section. Forgive me if it is in the wrong place.

We've got a very, very strong case to take a small dealer to court. They refuse to refund us for a car (no need to go there at this time).
Today is the end of a very fair deadline they have been given to collect the car and refund us.

Two questions;
1) Is the County Court the best place (It's around the £3k mark)
2) Is there a cheap legal service which is recommended - I'm comfortable with basic contract law and the CRA 2015 looks very straight forward.

I believe MCOL is the usual service (Money Claim online) which is a a government website and is the portal for initiating a small claims claim, if you google MCOL it comes up as the top result usually

Going through the same thing myself.

Money Claim Online is where you raise the claim. There are fee bands depending on how much you are claiming.

I've used Legal Beagles forum a bit as there are some good templates for putting together your Particulars of Claim. On MCOL you are also asked to produce a timeline of events, so worth preparing for this.

My claim is all but ready, just need to finalise and submit.
