What is the best head turning car for 100k?
Discussion
Not an Alpina B5. Just filled up at a place I've been to before where they do it for you (Spain) and in my RS4 the guy was fawning over the car and telling me how much he loved it. He didn't even notice the Alpina, just filled it up and talked about petrol prices

Given sales volumes, it might well be the only one he ever sees.

That’s actually what I love about mine…..unless someone understands the front end decal or the wheels, it’s just a 520d Touring.

And to answer the OP’s question…..a massive SUV (probably an Urus or Bentayga) with a Matt wrap and gold alloys. They both hit the Bell End of the “getting noticed” scale.

Not a clue about running them or what they are like to drive but will definitely turn heads.

A lot depends on where you are. Drive any of those around London for example and no one will give them a second glance.https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-details/202211071...

Maybach 62 or a RR Phantom extended wheelbase perhaps? Simply because the thing is VAST in every possible measure.

I guess a true-head turner should get special attention over other £100k cars.
For me most stand-out cars would be classics like an E-Type, Jensen Interceptor, or a pre-G series 911.
For newer cars it's hard to stand out.
In the 10-yr old range a Ferrari FF or a 599 have real presence.
For even newer cars it is almost impossible to stand out in an affluent area, but maybe a DB11?

Real head turners are those cars suggesting that the owner has made a real commitment to owning them that goes above and beyond walking into a dealership and emptying their wallet.
Hard to define but the Shelby Daytona above has it, whereas a new McLaren / Ferrari / Lambo / Rolls - not so much
IMO
