The popular engine swap is to a type-r engine.

dont know of anyone who has done it for real except for Geary at www.eliseparts.com who did an S1 with Hyabusa - a company called Z cars had a mock up conversion (didnt look finished) at the Donny show

IMO a bike engine is not well suited to a car weighing 800Kg...they are fragile enough when in a seven type car at half the wieght....remember they were designed to propel something that weighs sub 200Kg and have little torque.......
