"Police closed a section of the M11 to rescue a girl's soft toy after it flew from the family car in a gust of wind."
Pathetic springs to mind!
His kid littered so he should get a fine. But closing off a motorway for a soft toy?
Didn't close it for someones dead dog the other day.
And that ladder that was across lane two a few weeks back.......that would have been fun to run over.
Compassion my arse. Get back to not stopping tailgaters

Good on 'em. I know when my daughters were younger if they lost their favourite teddy there would have been no sleep for days. I can just imagine the look of delight on the little girls face when her lost teddy returns.
If it was me, I would have bought him to the door in a police car with flashing lights too.
