Bodyshop recommendations in East Yorkshire?

Hi All,

I’ve posted this is the general forum as well….

Can anyone recommend a body shop that does a high quality job? I’m not interested in getting the cheapest done and would rather pay more for a perfect match in terms of colour and finish.

I have used ideal before and agree that they do do a good job. My only hesitation is that I felt that whilst the colour match was spot and and the service was excellent, the corner of the bumper that was resprayed looked slightly more glossy than the opposite corner. I’m not sure whether that is a result of that particular corner having had several resprays. I have been spoiled in some ways by another repair shop who is able to do a job so good that even someone as fussy as me cannot see where the repair has been done. The only downside is he’s a one man band and there are often delays, which I guess may well just have to be what I accept.
