Sadly the most likely cause of this is a heady cocktail of Yaba and Lao Kaho, (Methamphetamine and local home brew rice spirits). Makes people proper loopy.

Had this been a shooting in the US, sadly that's a fairly regular thing, but for a mass shooting like this in Thailand, I believe it's rare hence starting the thread.

And horrible for those there who witnissed this brutal attack...
