CRV Engine Shake

We have a 2013 CRV, 2.2 diesel Auto, 2wd. Sometimes when driving at low revs there is a noticeable shaking from the engine. The revs dont drop and power output is unaffected, slight dab on the throttle and it goes away, it seems to be getting worse recently.

Im assuming this probably one or more of the engine mounts that are worn? Any other ideas. Pretty good with spanners so would prefer to fix myself.

Could be. Does the auto have a dual mass flywheel?

Same sounding symptoms as on my Accord DTEC. Replaced clutch and flywheel and shaking gone. ~180k at the time. Good luck.

I think its a slush box auto so not sure on the DMF. Its only done 75k as well so not mega mileage
