Lower mileage vs higher spec

Ok so looking to buy a 1.8 honda civic mk8 in the UK

OPTION 1: has 91k miles but no reversing camera, no panoramic sunroof, no leather heated seats.

OPTION 2: has 119k miles but is top spec with all the options the other car doesnt have.

Both have satnav, cruise control, FSH, 2 previous owners, 2 months mot. Price is the same. I do around 10k miles a year. I dont mind not having a reversing camera as its only a hatchback. Id like to have the lrather heated seats and the subroof would be good for summer, but ive never had them before so i wouldnt exactly miss them. When it comes to resale would the extra toys on option 2 counter the extra mileage, say in 3 years time?

Which would you guys pick?

There are two questions here,
a) for the same money, which would be better for your use?
b) which will be worth more in three years time, with another 30k on the clock?

On (b) my personal feeling is that the difference is pretty negligible, values with 120k and 150k on the clock won't be that high anyway and the difference between the cars small, so it's a small fraction of a small amount, not worth worrying about.

On (a), personally I'm not that bothered about a sunroof, but it can let more light into the cabin which is nice. I don't tend to find opening a sunroof that useful in a car that has A/C anyway, it's not much superior to cracking a window.
Leather seats need heating more than cloth ones, because the leather is colder to the touch otherwise (less insulating). So I'd frame it as how much you like leather seats. I have the opinion that good quality leather seats are worth having, but cheapo leather (which may not even be real) is worse than the fabric alternative.

So for me I'd probably pick a car based on whether the leather seats were really nice leather and comfortable, or plasticky and less pleasant.
