What fuel for an EP3 Type R?

I've always run mine on high octane, but are people using 95 octane fuel in these since the specification changed? Can it damage the fuel system?

That being said, for the 5% extra petrol I usually swallow the cost difference even on mundane cars.

I do get an extra 10% MPG on the Super, measured across 10+ tanks compared to the standard E10. OP it's really up to you.

I’ve also found that super gets more miles. I managed 38mpg out of my s2000 on a 300 mile run with motorways and nsl roads.

The extra fiver a tank or whatever it is is worth it for the miles, and that little bit of extra responsiveness you get.
