MrsT7 needs a new daily. Went to view a 108 today, that will allow bluetooth for music but wont allow google maps on the screen.

Size wise, think 108/C1/Up! etc....

Budget was originally 5k but Ive told her thats not going to work, so I guess maybe 8k tops ?

Why not just buy a suitable car with £0 tax then get an aftermarket unit with carplay?

The simple answer is to change the headunit & you'll be able to have DAB+ Android Auto/Carplay to something like these:

Pioneer SPH230dab, I can recommend this unit as I had it for a few years & only changed it for the newer 360 version.

Do these look properly integrated when fitted ? Guessing yuo can buy car specific mounts to replace the OEM unit ?

And it looks like they accept reversa cam as well ?

Suzuki swift? Seems expensive for something 7 years old but I guess that's just the market. I'd expect a near new one for that!

I dont, but if we can replace head unit and it still looks virtually stock, it could work.

Didnt mean to diss your reply, but my mental image of aftermarlet head units is clearly out of date after a swift google.....

Yes you can add a reverse cam to both it's plug & play something like this Adam (it's £30 annual tax) could suit you.

The Pioneer will look more factory as it has less buttons.

Something like this fitting kit would make it look factory & will integrate with all the steering wheel functions:

Yes you can add a reverse cam to both it's plug & play but if you go for something like this Adam (it's £30 annual tax) it could suit you as you're able to access spotify etc, I'm not sure if it allows google maps.
