Hi all, I’ve a busy week ahead so I thought I’d get this up early.
Round 15 and we’re in the Netherlands, for the madness that is the Dutch Grand Prix. Belgium was of course a complete Max masterclass, but Zandvoort is twisty and much harder on tyres, so expect Mercedes and Ferrari to be a lot closer than last weekend. Note the return to earlier practice times, rejoice!
I do think Leclerc has a real shout here, the Ferrari will be much more suited to the circuit, so he gets my vote this weekend.
Here’s to another great race.

Ferrari seem to think their higher downforce car means they are better suited to this one.
If so, I’d love to see red bull on the back foot here. I have a sneaky suspicion that if that’s the case, Verstappen might make the difference and win it regardless.
So the Scuderia strategists will throw away a win here, rather than just 5th place and a bonus point? If so, I’d love to see red bull on the back foot here. I have a sneaky suspicion that if that’s the case, Verstappen might make the difference and win it regardless.

10/10 post as always
Looking forward to this race, no matter the result. A few weeks of summer break and arguably a somewhat expected race result at Spa, the three in three is very much welcome!May I ask something PIAP - could you add (UK) to "Local Time" please? I point this thread to some folks overseas and I'm hoping it's a very simple little addition. As always, many thanks for keeping these threads going!

“Session Start” is UK time (GMT or BST), and “Local Time” is the local time at the circuit. May I ask something PIAP - could you add (UK) to "Local Time" please? Formula1.com will give you your own local time, based on your time zone, something that’s beyond the ability of a forum post here.

On current form, I can't see how Red Bull won't win this, with it being most likely a Max win.
The race for a potential podium between Mercedes, Alpine and McLaren will be most interesting in Holland.
I'm still hopeful of an Alonso podium and an outside chance of a win before the end of the season.

Optimistic!Circumstances and situations can always align to give outside chances an opportunity.
