Under the bonnet honda civic 2018 dtec sr

Can someone please help me. I bought a nice honda civic 2018 new shape. Everything was great. It was left outside a friend's house and along with there showing no oil on the reader under the bonnet looked. Shall we just say a little different.
Please see pics. Cab someone please tell me if this shoddy pipe work vent with no engine cover and wear would be what you would consider on a honda civic 2018 plate.
Just to note I am the only owner. It was own3d by hinda prior to me who used it as a demo.
Serviced more regularly then usual and drove sensibly.
I would really appreciate some feedback on this ladies and gents. Because it a tricky one with going to my mate and making accusations etc.
