issue with starting

Hello, this is also on Facebook, was thinking more about the codes though if any pearls of wisdom to check then please share.

Car gets to both lights coming on and turning over, just no familiar pump prime, hence no fuel. On the short turning over, comes up with fault code O and saying 9.9 volts. New battery in last six months and kept on trickle.

Other things not working are main beam flash, indicators and speedo when I did take it for a spin with permanent supply to fuel pump.

Any help welcome, need to be in Liverpool on Saturday seeing what else I could break!

Mmmmm, I'd definitely be looking at all the earths.

When the engine did run, did you check output at the alternator and at the battery?

I might also check rear of fuseboard for any moisture damage.
