Really, given what happened the previous time, when both of them were handcuffed whilst the baby was left alone in the car. Do you think it is appropriate that seven police officers were sent to deal with this, you know, someone suspected of using their mobile phone whilst driving? The Met Police have a very bad history, very bad indeed and you don't need to scratch the surface very deeply to come up with absolute horror stories about them.
I would advise anyone to record any interaction like this one with police, because quite frankly, they cannot be trusted.

The Met Police have a very bad history, very bad indeed and you don't need to scratch the surface very deeply to come up with absolute horror stories about them.

It was 4am .. officers in one car saw the Tesla being driven and believed the driver was using a mobile phone
They indicated for it to stop
The vehicle failed to stop and the officers in the first car called for advanced pursuit trained assistance (someone on Twitter has plotted the distance and it was about 2 miles)
When the advanced pursuit vehicles with pursuit trained officers arrived and signalled for the car to stop .. it didn’t
A Police Armed response vehicle overtook the car and slowed in front of it
The Tesla attempted to drive around the Police ARV
The Armed offficers were there as they were in
1. An advanced pursuit authorised vehicle
2. They are advanced trained drivers who are authorised to pursue
Summons him for using a phone (if he was) and failing to stop for police

No it wouldn’t In any case what relevance does it have an unidentified person in the vehicle committing an offence that the officers are dealing with in real time ?
Does having a previous “publicised” interaction with the police mean you can just do what you like with a “get out of jail free card” ?

It would show the registered keeper's name and vehicle details but it doesn't immediately show dealings that person has had with the police. And if you'd never heard of the bloke, you wouldn't think anything of it.Besides, you wouldn't be reading everything about him in that situation, you'd be dealing with the fact he was failing to stop.

Wonder if the officer(s) in the first car will get disciplinary for racially profiling him as the last lot did. Ie they pulled him over because it was 4am and they didn’t like the look of him and the using a phone was just an excuse.
Does tesla film inside too? To prove he never used his phone. He’s created a drama so I’m certain he wasn’t using it, if he had been he wouldn’t have done this.

You'd be surprised at the amount of "drama" people create for minor road traffic offences when they are infact guilty. Most commonly is probably people requesting calibration certificates, officer training, etc etc for minor speeding infractions when infact they are guilty just they live in a world without personal responsibility.
Having seen the video, I have zero sympathy for the guy.
When a police car pulls in front of you with lights blazing and slows down, you stop.
If you pull round the outside of the car and drive off, you deserve everything you get. IMO the bloke needs a load of points for failing to stop, and given that it was a 20, probably speeding too.
Of course, social media will start screaming and the scrote will be let off.
