How much for a soft top?

Just wondering if anyone know a rough price for a soft top for a mark 1 elise.

Taking mine off today I noticed where the plastic strip has snapped at the front its starting to develop a tear and I think its in its way out.....

£300-400 depending on type of finish

Lotus will fix them for you at the factory and its pretty cheap. (Around 60 quid I think)

I would consider buying a replacement a last resort to be honest.

Yep, agree with Dan. If you contact someone like Sinclaires they may well be able to arrange for it to be done for you and lend you a spare roof while it's being done for a small fee.
