Unacceptable Crowd Behavior #DriveItOut
Discussion
Well they seem to have chosen the right place to launch their campaign.
Several reports overnight of ‘incidents’ in the crowd yesterday.

If it was done to indicate a racist/sexist agenda I would find it very difficult not to say anything directly. Obviously, depending on the amount of supporters of such puerile, reprehensible behavior, I would probably take photos and report them to police/security.Several reports overnight of ‘incidents’ in the crowd yesterday.

There is definitely a problem with very tribal ‘fans’. Not good at all for the sport or for the huge majority who just want to cheer for their favourite teams / drivers.
It isn’t just the fans causing problems in Hungary though

Unacceptable police behaviour as well.. our ‘walking disabled’ son tried to get out of our car at gate 8 which is nearest the disabled area we had tickets for. Sod’s law after queuing nearly 40 mins traffic suddenly cleared but as I tried to drop my son off which required getting crutches out , blue uniform police came at me screaming to my face in Hungarian ( presume) to MOVE. Very disturbing to his mum and me. Emailed GPTickets straight away as they sold us the tickets and have been amazing all the way through, told them of police behaviour and immediately they apologised and have organised us a parking permit in disabled area for Sunday. Disgraceful police. Well done GPTickets!
Pleased to say that we saw no poor crowd behaviour, with many McLaren, Mercedes and Max fans all intermingled
Security staff checking tickets at the main gate and into seats were friendly and helpful.
Very chaotic at the end with people trying to get out the various gates and walking against each other. Got quite scary at times at pinch points but the police literally stood by and watched...including when pressure of people tipped a 6 foot chain fence panel over, with people falling on top of it.
As much as I hate to say it I can see why F1 may want to move to more city oriented circuits where infrastructure is on place to move thousands of people around. It is not feasible for these old school circuits to have that. I saw a couple of people in wheelchairs who simply had to give up and wait for the crowds to disperse. I hope the earlier poster with his less abled son was able to get out ok

Burning Hamilton merch, that's a bloody expensive way to express their dislike
That's what I thought, Lewis will be crying all the way to his yacht/jet/mansion etcNot making light of this, it is appalling behaviour and makes me embarrassed to be a F1 fan. I have been lucky enough to attend a few F1 races around the world and have always enjoyed the atmosphere. I have always been sat surrounded by fans supporting a mix of teams and enjoyed talking with them.
The atmosphere must be quite different in those stands which only have one colour of fans sat in it, this seems to me to be more akin to football stands where the fans have to be segregated.
