I will be travelling to Australia on our belated honeymoon next year and it would be great to coincide it with the Melbourne Grand Prix. The wife is more into F1 than me!
Has anyone been before, and is it worth going? Looks like provisional dates are 9-12 March 2023. Does anyone know when that will be firmed up? Would hate to book a flight and it be a different date.

If going to the event is an important part of your trip, then book everything with a UK event travel company directly, one with ABTA and ATOL protection. That way, if the event changes or is cancelled, you’ll get the trip changed or refunded. Pay by credit card, not debit card or bank transfer.
If you book a separate flight/hotel and the event date changes, you’re SOL if the airline won’t change the flight, most insurance won’t cover the change either.
The final calendar is usually published late in the year, was 15th October for this year. Good luck and have fun!
