PH Help - Trying to arrange a cornwall thing

...for some friends in September.
We want to find a cheapish campsite round the Helston area that has too few attractions directly near it to attract too many children (although they will have mostly gone back to school at that point...) with a view to be able to spend a couple of days visiting Pengersick Castle and few other cornish attractions.
Any ideas?
