Weekend super car up to £75k
Discussion
Hey All,
Looking to buy a car with my father to mainly go to events and shows in so won't get an awful lot of use.
Budget is maximum ideally £75k and have the below thoughts:
1. Ferrari F355 couple got to be on the list as still modern but a classic and within budget
2. Porsche 911 PCM 4 wheel drive non-turbo
Can't really think of many others for the money and after fairly reliable with low mileage
Suggestions?!? or confirmation we have the right 2 to decide over

Out of those two options, the 355, the 911 isn't special enough in my mind (loads about).Looking to buy a car with my father to mainly go to events and shows in so won't get an awful lot of use.

However, if it were my money, it would be something like this;

If you're talking older/modernish Ferrari's then I'd find it hard to look past a 599:Looking to buy a car with my father to mainly go to events and shows in so won't get an awful lot of use.

If it's something more modern then the 12C is a cracking car & I think a little undervalued:

Or a 575M if you want more of a classic:

None of these are technically supercars, but I'm throwing them in under the 'bit different' banner.
The BMW i8. It has supercar style doors
Honda NSX, a little over budget right now, but the prices are starting to soften
Or the new Lotus Emira would come in under budget. I specced one today for fun.

Emira is a good shout. I'd be tempted by an Evora 410/430 though, just for the engine noise and handling. Depends if you want something to drive or something to be seen inThe BMW i8. It has supercar style doors
