Historic helicopters

I've just seen a formation of old helicopters fly over my house - quite exciting! I think they were (I'm no chopper expert!) :

Whirlwind
Wessex
Army Lynx
Seaking

I assume from Yeovilton on their way to an airshow somewhere.

Thanks - I didn't know there were still flying Whirlwinds and Wessexes, I'm going to have to see what shows they are doing this year!

Thanks - I didn't know there were still flying Whirlwinds and Wessexes, I'm going to have to see what shows they are doing this year!

The Whirlwind and Wessex owned by Historic Helicopters are the only airworthy ones in the UK (or anywhere!)

There's a show near Telford over the weekend.
It's called Cosford, hopefully the weather will be good as it is a great place and a great day out.
