Hi, I’m currently driving a S3 8L with all the go to mods running around 260-270 BHP.
I’ve always liked the shape of the e90 and the idea of the Na 3 litre.
What’s people’s opinions, what would you chose?

They’re very different cars. N52 3.0-litre engine is smooth, torquey and revs nicely, but if you’re used to a remapped S3, the the lighter, shorter-geared 130i may fit the bill better, as I imagine the 330i wouldn’t feel that urgent in comparison with the S3.

I personally would always choose a naturally aspirated large six-cylinder engine over a turbocharged four-cylinder - due to the better sound, smoothness and throttle response - but what’s best for you depends on what your priorities are.

I've never been a fan of turbo'd engines so can't really comment on the S3.

But I've been running an early manual 330i with the N52 engine for 3 years and really like it. Very smooth and it loves to rev, which is just as well because it needs some revs if you are in a hurry but then it really gets going!

Your best bet would be to try one before you decide.
